Jose comes from classical ballet. His dance experience spans over years garho and he has danced in internationally prominent and respected ballet troupes such as: National Ballet Company of England and of South Africa. He is a graduate of Johannesburg university and holds a bachelor degree in education and sports. Founder of “Israel Sports Association”, which sends an official delegation of Israeli competitors to international competitions in this new industry aiming to enter the next Olympics, he served as a referee in the pole battle in Ukraine in 2016, the World Cup in Italy in 2024 and now also in January 2025.
Our Pole Technique classes are the foundation for anyone looking to master the art of pole acrobatics. During the lessons, you’ll train flexibility, strength, and level-based movements, combining elements of gymnastics and acrobatics. The goal is to strengthen your body, improve control and confidence, and develop graceful, precise movement around the pole.
Our Pole Dance classes combine movement, flow, contemporary, and modern dance. Students learn to dance at a professional level on the pole, creating choreographed routines that emphasize artistry, fluidity, and expression. As one of Israel’s leading studios, we are among the few offering this unique fusion of pole and contemporary dance.
Our Exotic Pole Dance classes focus on the artistic style of exotic movement, including leg waves, body waves, and essential techniques in three styles: hard, old-school, and flow. Classes are taught at a professional level, emphasizing dance, expression, and artistry in a safe, inclusive, and family-friendly environment.
Our flexibility classes, led by experienced instructors, focus on daily stretching to increase strength and mobility. Using active, deep, ballet, and gymnastic stretching techniques, these classes help build muscle, enhance flexibility, and support dance and acrobatic performance.

The studio offers different levels and different types of classes, like pole dancing, pole technical, gymnastics, aerial hoop & silks, and stretching and flexibility classes. The atmosphere is really fun and relaxed in the Tel Aviv way. You almost don’t notice you’re exercising, until everyone starts to ask why you’re so buff.

Absolutely yes! The vast majority of our trainees come without any background. The lessons for beginners are built specifically to build strength, flexibility and confidence from the first step. We are here to teach you everything from the ground up, in a safe and professional manner.
THE LESSON SHOULD BE ARRIVED WITH SHORTS (SHORTS) AND A COMFORTABLE TANK TOP OR SHIRT, SINCE THE HOLD ON THE COLUMN REQUIRES SKIN CONTACT. It is very important not to apply body or hand cream on the day of training. It is recommended to bring a bottle of water and a small towel.
The process is simple! Enter the “System of Hours” page, select a lesson suitable for beginners (they are clearly marked), and click to register. The whole process can be completed online. If you have any questions, you can always contact us.
