Our JRPole Instructor Training Course is a comprehensive 110-hour professional certification program, designed to develop skilled, confident, and knowledgeable instructors in the pole and aerial industry. This internationally approved course covers all levels of pole technique, from beginner foundations to advanced tricks, spotting methods, and the understanding needed to safely teach and train higher-level movements. In addition to pole, the course also includes introductory training in Hoop & Silk, giving every participant the tools to begin working with all three apparatuses from day one.
Upon completion, graduates receive an internationally approved teaching certification and the opportunity to join the JRPole teaching team. We support every new instructor on their path to becoming a confident, professional trainer, with ongoing mentorship and studio experience opportunities.
Absolutely yes! The vast majority of our trainees come without any background. The lessons for beginners are built specifically to build strength, flexibility and confidence from the first step. We are here to teach you everything from the ground up, in a safe and professional manner.
THE LESSON SHOULD BE ARRIVED WITH SHORTS (SHORTS) AND A COMFORTABLE TANK TOP OR SHIRT, SINCE THE HOLD ON THE COLUMN REQUIRES SKIN CONTACT. It is very important not to apply body or hand cream on the day of training. It is recommended to bring a bottle of water and a small towel.
