Exotic Dance (heels)
In our studio you will find a variety of exotic dance style classes, which combine elegant and sexy movements with techniques for working on the pole, around it and on the floor. Exotic dance is the original style from which the field of "pole dancing" was created, which allows each and every one to express themselves, while creating a deep connection to movement, music and femininity.
The lessons include practicing basic and advanced techniques alongside choreography lessons, in which you learn how to improve coordination, enhance the natural flow of movement, and connect with our personal expression.
Jose Rodrigues
The owner and founder of the studio comes from the field of classical ballet. His dance experience spans over 24 years and he has danced in prominent and respected ballet companies in the world such as the National Ballet of England and the South African Ballet. He is a graduate of the University of Johannesburg and holds a bachelor's degree in education and sports and holds many international awards and titles in the field of dance and pole dance.
Exotic dance lessons in a variety of styles:
The class teaches original choreographies in diverse styles such as "hard" (fast), "Flow", and "old school" styles of exotic dance, from beginner to advanced with or without heels (initially). The class includes learning footwork, body movements, and techniques for dancing with heels.

Technique lesson and exotic tricks:
Learning exotic acrobatic tricks and “Flow World” style tricks that can be incorporated into exotic dance or added to dance and movement classes. Technique classes improve the flow of the dance and allow for a significant growth spurt for dancers.
Exotic dance lesson in the "Palao" style:
Focuses on learning original exotic dance choreographies, from beginner to advanced level with or without heels (initially). The class includes learning footwork, body movements, flow, and dancing with heels.
