Our weekly Open Practice sessions give students the chance to use the studio space freely, with a teacher present to guide practice and answer questions. It’s the perfect way to reinforce skills learned in regular lessons and improve at your own pace.
Absolutely yes! The vast majority of our trainees come without any background. The lessons for beginners are built specifically to build strength, flexibility and confidence from the first step. We are here to teach you everything from the ground up, in a safe and professional manner.
THE LESSON SHOULD BE ARRIVED WITH SHORTS (SHORTS) AND A COMFORTABLE TANK TOP OR SHIRT, SINCE THE HOLD ON THE COLUMN REQUIRES SKIN CONTACT. It is very important not to apply body or hand cream on the day of training. It is recommended to bring a bottle of water and a small towel.
